Klayman had asked the FCC to take remedial action against CNN, including but not limited to heavy fines and removing and revoking any broadcast licenses. Klayman also urged FCC remedial action against CNN's ultra-leftist president Jeff Zucker. Zucker previously had a falling out with Donald Trump over the president's prior show "The Apprentice," when he ran NBC. The hate-filled Zucker was forced to leave NBC under a cloud when through bad management he drove it financially and otherwise into the ground. He then became the head of CNN. In addition, the FCC complaint was copied and sent to the U.S. Secret Service, with a request to also investigate and take remedial action, as it is a felony to suggest the assassination of the president and vice president, and other government officials, such as the Speaker of the House. Mainz. 23. Februar 2017. (mediap). Die rheinland-pfälzische Tourismusbranche konnte 2016 im vierten Jahr in Folge mehr Besucherinnen und Besucher begrüßen. Nach Angaben des Statistischen Landesamtes in Bad Ems übernachteten 9,60 Millionen Gäste im Land; das waren 1,8 Prozent mehr als im Jahr 2015, das den bisherigen Höchststand markierte.

 

Die Übernachtungszahlen überschritten zum zweiten Mal die 25-Millionen-Grenze. Mit 25,02 Millionen Übernachtungen wurde das Rekordergebnis aus dem Jahr zuvor allerdings knapp verfehlt (minus 0,2 Prozent).

Beer: Neuordnung des Asylverfahrens notwendig

Zu den Medienberichten über die Dauer von Asylverfahren erklärt die FDP-Generalsekretärin Nicola Beer: „Es ist nicht weiter verwunderlich, dass die Bearbeitung der Asylanträge trotz vieler politischer Versprechungen und zusätzlichen Personals weiterhin viel zu lange dauert, die Bearbeitungsdauer sogar noch steigt.

 

Notwendig sind grundlegende Änderungen des Verfahrens: Ersten sollten Asylanträge schon im jeweiligen Heimatland oder einem Transitland bei der deutschen Botschaft gestellt werden, sodass Verfahrensverzögerungen durch die spätere Einbindung dieser Spezialisten vor Ort gleich begegnet wird. Zweitens braucht es endlich ein Einwanderungsgesetz, dass Zuwanderung aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen mit klaren Regeln steuert, statt hierfür das Asylrecht zweckzuentfremden. Ohne diese Neuordnung wird das bestehende Asylverfahren überfrachtet bleiben. Dies geht zulasten der tatsächlich Verfolgten, die unseren Schutz benötigen."
